Important Conditions

• Return address customization is not supported due to courier policy limitations 

• Claims for damaged or fake delivery must be sent within 7 days, and damage must be clearly marked in POD documents during delivery.

Refunds

• Eligible only in cases of product defects, lost shipments, or QZ errors—not for change-of-mind or incorrect size selections.

• Credit is issued to the original payment method or your GenZArchitectZ wallet within 5–10 business days

• We are unable to reimburse shipping costs for orders returned due to customer-provided errors
