In case of any product damage, a FREE replacement will be provided. To request a replacement for wrong, damaged, or defective items:
- Submit your exchange request within 7 days of delivery. (In your dashboard)
- Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
- Your product will be replaced with NO EXTRA CHARGES.
A free exchange for damaged products is available. You can initiate 'Exchange' in your dashboard.
Please note : As of now, We don't provide exchange for products in good condition. Please refer to the Size chart before Purchasing.
- Yes. You can return your product in your profile dashboard.
NOTE : A custom return address is not possible because courier companies do not offer this option.
A refund is provided if
- Product damaged during transit, with valid unboxing proof.
- Order lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by the courier partner.
- Incorrect size / product received - Valid unboxing proof of damaged product must be shared withing 48hours.
PLEASE NOTE : No refund will be provided if the product is returned in a good condition.
